A gift that changes lives
A single gift which makes a long lasting impact on a family or individual in Nepal could be a fitting way to remember a loved one, especially if they have had an interest in the country and its people. For those whose lives have been devastated by poverty, illness, or disaster, a simple gift can be life-changing, offering them the opportunity of a new beginning and fresh hope for the future.
How can I make a gift in memory of a loved one?
- A donation to the Programmes Fund - you can be confident that your gift will be spent where the money is most needed. You could make the donation on our giving page and, if you let us know in whose memory the gift is given, we will write to you confirming this
- A donation to a specific project - we have a number of projects which currently need funding. These are listed on the giving page and you can find out more by clicking on the red question mark next to each one
- Buy from our gift catalogue - with a wide range of gifts at prices from £8 to £1,900 there is sure to be something to suit. Whether it's helping a family support themselves with a pair of goats or providing clean water for a community, you will know that the gift will make a difference
A new way of making gifts in memory of a loved one
If your gift is in memory of a former member of INF, a Tribute Fund may be an appropriate option. Your gift can be joined with those of other members of the family or friends, to make an even greater impact.
With the fund comes an INF Tribute Page which gives you the opportunity to remember a loved one who has died. It is a permanent tribute to their life and enables families and friends across the globe to share special memories, support each other in bereavement, remember birthdays or anniversaries and raise money for a cause that was close to their loved one’s heart.
It is very simple to start a Tribute Fund and Page for a loved one. We will take you through every step of the process. You can find out more about this opportunity on the Tribute Fund Page.
